Hands down, McDonald's has the tastiest desserts and the most options for dessert. Here are my favorites: Sundae-The McDonald's sundae comes in several flavors with or without nuts. You can get a hot fudge, caramel, or strawberry sundae. Oatmeal Raisin Cookie weighs in at 140 calories and 5 grams of fat, and if it's a sundae you're after, enjoy your Strawberry Sundae that contains only 6 grams of fat and 280 calories. A lighter choice is the Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait with Granola that comes in at 160 calories and 2 grams of fat. Apple dippers, fruit and yogurt parfait and fruit and walnut salads are great alternatives to milk shakes and pies for dessert.
